INTERIOR DESIGN
It is the science and art of the optimal use of elements to treat places and spaces in order to find the optimal aesthetic output and achieve maximum comfort. It is the result of a group of harmonious creative ideas that help distribute and employ interior design elements, which include color, furniture, light, finishing materials, and others.
What do we offer?
Finding a creative idea for the optimal design style is a multi-faceted endeavor, influenced by cultural, environmental, functional, and aesthetic considerations. At this stage, we pay careful attention to coordinating with the client and developing a clear design brief that includes information about the building, the nature of the users, the aspirations of the project that reflect the client’s desires/expectations, and an understanding the context of the architectural culture of the region, researches different and diverse design styles, and presents ideas that may integrate more than one style according to the need of the spaces to be designed.
As a result of this phase, the architectural design team begins to submit the following:
- Concept of furniture layouts
- Select materials and elements that are consistent with the optimal design style.
- Submit a conceptual color chart.
- 3D views.
- General specifications.
- Schedule & estimated budget.
The work teams prepare drawings, particular specs, and precise details of the fixed interior elements.
In this phase we submit the following, but not limited to:
- Layout plans & elevations showing masonry works.
- Elevations & sections showing the used materials and finishes.
- Floor finishing plans with different materials used.
- Reflected ceiling plans showing AC, lights & all MEP in detail.
- Lighting and electrical plans.
- Door and window schedule in detail and ironmongery schedule
- Metal and woodwork sections in detail showing all particular designs.
- Fixed furniture layout plans.
- Detailed drawings of all fixed cabinets and millwork items.
- Fixtures selected booklet inclusive of architectural lighting selection, sanitary, hardware, and accessories.
- BOQ and specifications.
To complete the designer’s vision and bring out the purpose of the interior design, this vision must be integrated with the furniture in a harmonious and thoughtful manner, so at this stage, the following must be done:
- Detailed plans for furnishings and furniture.
- Accurate characterization of the selected materials,
- Setting schedules for furniture, accessories, and curtains.
