It includes but is not limited to, the following:
- Review and evaluate all technical/materials submittals, and workshop drawings, submitted by the contractor.
- Develop and control the construction method plan and manage it optimally to ensure its compatibility with the design documents.
- Responding to technical inquiries and questions that arise during construction.
- Define and manage the scope of the work matrix for all project parties during the construction phase.
- Review the work program plan submitted by the contractor and ensure that it is consistent with the project charter and monitor and manage the progress optimally.
- Manage cost and review and approve (or reject) contractor payments based on work progress.
- Monitoring and managing executive works and ensuring their compliance with the final project specifications.
- Managing unexpected risks that may change the project’s course and ensuring that optimal solutions are found to mitigate their effects.
- Providing the necessary reports on resources, productivity, and progress over the execution period.
- Follow up and manage the necessary periodic meetings with the project parties.
- Ensure coordination between all the specialties.
- Control and manage the look ahead monthly plan.
- Ensuring the delivery deadline is reached safely.
