Project Management

Our services in this field fall under two basic stages:

Construction management:

It includes but is not limited to, the following:

  • Review and evaluate all technical/materials submittals, and workshop drawings, submitted by the contractor.
  • Develop and control the construction method plan and manage it optimally to ensure its compatibility with the design documents.
  • Responding to technical inquiries and questions that arise during construction.
  • Define and manage the scope of the work matrix for all project parties during the construction phase.
  • Review the work program plan submitted by the contractor and ensure that it is consistent with the project charter and monitor and manage the progress optimally.
  • Manage cost and review and approve (or reject) contractor payments based on work progress.
  • Monitoring and managing executive works and ensuring their compliance with the final project specifications.
  • Managing unexpected risks that may change the project’s course and ensuring that optimal solutions are found to mitigate their effects.
  • Providing the necessary reports on resources, productivity, and progress over the execution period.
  • Follow up and manage the necessary periodic meetings with the project parties.
  • Ensure coordination between all the specialties.
  • Control and manage the look ahead monthly plan.
  • Ensuring the delivery deadline is reached safely.

Handing over & testing and commissioning stage:

It includes but is not limited to, the following:

  • This involves testing, and calibrating building systems to function as intended.
  • Compiling all operational manuals should be submitted by the contractor after completion.
  • Collect and review all quality assurance certificates and insurance certificates provided.
  • Structuring and completing project closeout documents.
  • Managing the defect liability period and follow-up maintenance after the project taking-over date.
  • Post-commissioning evaluation & collecting feedback from building end users.
  • Providing the necessary archiving and financial analysis report of the investment experience record the lessons learned to serve partners in forward-looking projects and providing operational proposals to manage the project in the optimal manner and post-completion recommendations.
